My name is Connie Frost DIP, LC (LC Inst.), together we will work to establish the root causes of your problem without judgement or blame to find solutions which will be unique to you to achieve your desired effects which in turn will have influence in every area of your life whether it be personal, work or just knowing who you are to find your absolute happiness.

Absolute happiness is possible but how do you get there? Well thats where I come in!
My name is Connie Frost and as far back as I can remember I have always had the desire to help individuals transform the quality of their lives for the better and would automatically help without a moments thought. All types of people male or female differing in age, social class, or ethnicity have not hesitated to share their very personal problems with me as for who they are is of no importance to me; it is ‘whom’ one is born to be which is the all important question, this is what I ‘home’ into.
Through my own challenges in life which, against all odds, I have overcome and turned around I know that I would not change one single event as it has made me the person who knows we are all in control of our own happiness no matter what our circumstances are at any given time. As the saying goes “Seeing is believing” no “believing is seeing”.
Using my ‘natural gift’ of having the ability to be able to ‘connect on a one to one or when addressing a group of people I have found I can offer real directions that enables my clients or listeners to know they can use any situation to transform their lives or change the situation for the better which has therefore given them an understanding that the problem was in itself offering a solution to find their own happiness or a positive result. I show them how they may create value out of any situation in their own lives
